Cold-Chain Guarantee

Every order is handled under strict temperature control from cold room to your doorstep.

Temperature-Controlled Storage

All products stored at 0–4 °C (chilled) or −18 °C (frozen) in our KEBS-certified cold rooms.

Insulated Packaging

Orders are packed in food-grade insulated boxes with gel ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity.

Refrigerated Transport

Our delivery fleet uses refrigerated vans monitored with real-time GPS temperature loggers.

Delivery Verification

Riders carry a digital thermometer — you can verify product temperature on arrival.

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Same-day delivery (Nairobi): Place your order before 12:00 pm for delivery by 6:00 pm.
  • Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 12 pm are dispatched the following business day.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on Saturday after 12 pm or Sunday are dispatched Monday morning.
  • Public holidays: No deliveries on public holidays — orders ship the next business day.

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • You'll receive an SMS notification with a tracking link and estimated arrival time.
  • Our rider will call you 15 minutes before arrival.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order — perishable goods cannot be left unattended.
  • If you're not reachable after two attempts, the order is returned and a re-delivery fee applies.

  • For orders above 100 kg, please contact our sales team to arrange a dedicated delivery slot.
